Return conditions:
1. If you want to return the money that left on your balance, you can apply for a refund at any time, and the amount you specified will be withdrawn within 2-3 business days, with the exception of commissions that will be taken by the payment system. 2. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the services or products provided, within 14 days from the date of your payment, you can apply for a refund. 4. To initiate the return procedure, you must write a message from the email address that is registered under your account name to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. indicating your username, the amount in US dollars required for the return and indicating the type of return described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this document, and to avoid inaccuracies, write where you need to make a return (full withdrawal to your bank account in accordance with #1 or to the current balance if #2 takes place). Additional documents may be required.
To improve the quality of service, if the situation described in #2 will have, we ask you to indicate what exactly was the reason, but this is NOT a prerequisite for completing the return procedure.
