If you experience any problems with the functioning of the indicators, please always send me a screenshot of the problem. Indicators put their errors in the "Experts" tab in MetaTrader (CTRL+T). To check your subscription status do not forget to send me your Clusterdelta username
Below are the most common problems::
- Indicators are not working - Check the subscription status in your authorizer (more info about it here https://clusterdelta.com/en/how-to-use)
- I paid for a subscription, but the indicators are not working - Did you order a subscription after funding the account ? How to install and use indicators.
- Specific Instrument is not loaded - if Clusterdelta server can not recognize your Instrument, select it in the Instrument list in the inputs of the indicator (CTRL+I)
